This listing is for a fun surprise box of dollhouse mini accessories suitable for adults and children over 7 years of age. You can decorate a dollhouse, shadow box or fairy garden with the miniature supplies. The contents are not suitable for small children, as they may be fragile with small parts. All the items are brand new, and a few are even handmade by Margie (me).
Get one for yourself or send one to a friend. I've categorized these surprise boxes so you can get an idea of what may be inside but will still be surprised. No matter what it contains, there will be at least 8 items with a combined value of at least $30.
Choose from any of these themes for an idea of what your box may contain:
1. Household Box: Items for the miniature kitchen, bathroom or general home goods
2. Entertainment Box: Tiny toys, games and items for entertaining guests
3. Decor/Style Box: Items for the miniature person to decorate their home or dress up themselves.
4. Workshop Box: Things you might find in mini-Dad's workshop or garage.
5. Outdoor Box: Small items that could be used for outside entertaining, gardening or landscaping.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds
I require contact within 14 days of receipt if you wish to return an item. Please view photos and read descriptions so you know what you are getting when you order. I do want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order is damaged or wrong in any way, please contact me via email, and I will make it right. In some cases I will simply ship you a new item. In some cases I will provide a shipping label for return.
Order preparation time
I don't list an item unless it is ready to ship. I always attempt to ship items the next business day after an order is placed. Please allow me three days at the most, as there are times when "life happens", and I am unable to ship your order the next day.
Shipping options
A few of my items are able to be shipped in a regular first-class envelope. If it can be shipped this way, I will offer it. Most items ship via USPS Ground Advantage, which is usually the least expensive option, and has tracking and insurance. This can take from 2 - 7 business days to arrive. However, there is an option to pay additional for 2 - 3 day Priority Mail shipping, if you choose.
Custom and personalized orders
I do accept custom requests on some of my items. In the case of a custom order, I will let you know the estimated time it will take me to fill your order, and if there will be any additional charges.
Regarding the pricing of my artisan-crafted items
Some of my creations are priced higher based on the time it took me to build or customize them. As an artist, I do not try to compete with the price of mass-produced items. My artisan-crafted items are priced for their uniqueness - waiting for that perfect owner. In all honesty - some of the pieces I create, I can barely stand to part with, so I set a price that makes me feel better about letting them go. I want them to go to someone who might appreciate them as much as I do.
