This tiny artisan-crafted one-of-a-kind miniature lighted village would look wonderful in your dollhouse, or in a miniature winter holiday room box. It is accurate to 1:12 scale and so realistic you will need to take a closer look to realize it is miniature.
I have created the wee homes in this village from cardstock and chalk-painted them in lovely pastel shades. They are adhered to a snowy blanket with glittery icicles dripping down the wooden shelf they sit on. There is even a teeny-tiny fir tree. The lights shine brightly through the windows and door of the little houses. The scene is positioned on the shelf so that the battery pack and cord hang to the left but can switched to the right, if it works better for your miniature scene. The small battery pack with on/off switch takes two 3V lithium button cell batteries (included) and can easily be hidden behind or under a piece of furniture. The wooden shelf with curlicue brackets is stained in Early American and has hook and loop to hold the light strip in place. The whole thing is light enough to be adhered to the wall simply with tape, or you may glue it in place.
This took me countless hours to create but I loved every minute of it. I hope you will enjoy this tiny lighted village in your own dollhouse just as much.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds
I require contact within 14 days of receipt if you wish to return an item. Please view photos and read descriptions so you know what you are getting when you order. I do want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order is damaged or wrong in any way, please contact me via email, and I will make it right. In some cases I will simply ship you a new item. In some cases I will provide a shipping label for return.
Order preparation time
I don't list an item unless it is ready to ship. I always attempt to ship items the next business day after an order is placed. Please allow me three days at the most, as there are times when "life happens", and I am unable to ship your order the next day.
Shipping options
A few of my items are able to be shipped in a regular first-class envelope. If it can be shipped this way, I will offer it. Most items ship via USPS Ground Advantage, which is usually the least expensive option, and has tracking and insurance. This can take from 2 - 7 business days to arrive. However, there is an option to pay additional for 2 - 3 day Priority Mail shipping, if you choose.
Custom and personalized orders
I do accept custom requests on some of my items. In the case of a custom order, I will let you know the estimated time it will take me to fill your order, and if there will be any additional charges.
Regarding the pricing of my artisan-crafted items
Some of my creations are priced higher based on the time it took me to build or customize them. As an artist, I do not try to compete with the price of mass-produced items. My artisan-crafted items are priced for their uniqueness - waiting for that perfect owner. In all honesty - some of the pieces I create, I can barely stand to part with, so I set a price that makes me feel better about letting them go. I want them to go to someone who might appreciate them as much as I do.
